There's still a lot to be discovered.. There's no official story for nazi zombies, only background stories for the characters you play as on Shi No Numa and Der Riese.
Judging from the radios that you can play in Der Riese I'm going to guess by saying that Der Riese is where nazi zombies were borne. I too would like to learn more about the creation / history of the nazi zombies..
But yes, there are multiple radios on Der Riese that play sequences of experimentation on nazi zombies / hell hounds.. There's more than one, but the one in the starting room goes like this -
Doctor: Stand up.
Zombie: *Groan*
Doctor: STAND UP!
Zombie: *Groans again*
Doctor: Good! Look at me. *Snaps fingers* OVER HERE!... Good.. Now walk forward.
Zombie: *Groans, 'footsteps'*
Doctor: EXCELLENT!
Zombie: *Groans 'more footstep sounds'*
Doctor: Keep coming, it's alright.. calm down.
Zombie: *Even more groaning and 'footstep sounds'*
Doctor: I ORDER YOU..!... KILL IT!
~ Gunshots and Zombie dying sound plays~
Doctor:... Bring me another
edit: I'm also going to add in that there's the radio that can be played in the back room plays a sequence of a Doctor having a successful experiment on hell hounds, but his daughter comes in and disrupts the experimentation and everyone gets locked in the room and is killed by hell hounds..
The little girl sounds like the little girl's voice that plays when you activate the "flytrap" Easter egg in Der Riese and play teddy bear hide and seek on Der Riese. Possibly her ghost?
